One of the largest accounting body in the world, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) has 147,000 members and 424,000 students in 170 countries. The qualification grants registered auditor status in a number of countries (either directly, or through mutual recognition agreements in some countries). 

ACCA holders are recognized for their strong technical skills in accounting and finance, as well as their strong strategic perspectives.  Members hold roles in public audit firms, accounting and finance roles across all industries, and management consulting. The ability to work with quantitative and qualitative information makes ACCA members particularly well suited for management positions.   

About our Students

We are pleased to host a diverse student body, Our students have a multitude of experience across all industries with organizations around the world.

The vast majority of our students have already studied and obtained a bachelor’s degree, with a great many obtaining Masters degrees as well.

Our students have worked for the Big 4 audit firms, the Ministry of Finance (and for various government agencies, at provincial and federal levels), telecommunication companies, corporate headquarters for major retailers and restaurants. Many have a zest for leadership and have started their own entrepreneurial activities.   

Our students are strong communicators who are sensitivitie to the unique challenges facing international organizations. In particular, ACCA students and members stand out for their knowledge of IFRS.
